Project Description

Jigsaw is Ireland’s national centre for youth mental health, providing free and accessible mental health support to young people aged 12–25 across Ireland. Jigsaw engaged the MDP to explore how National Compliment Day could be more effectively linked to the charity, with the objective of increasing awareness, participation, engagement and fundraising. Through a combination of primary and secondary research, the project sought to identify the factors that drive successful fundraising campaigns and develop recommendations to strengthen the long-term connection between Jigsaw and National Compliment Day.

What we delivered for Jigsaw:

• Comprehensive research project exploring awareness, participation and engagement drivers for National Compliment Day

• Analysis of campaign performance across communication, community engagement, accessibility, concept appeal and donor experience

• Evaluation of the Starbucks partnership and its role in supporting awareness, fundraising and participant engagement

• Strategic recommendations to strengthen awareness, participation, fundraising outcomes and the long-term connection between Jigsaw and National Compliment Day
