Project Description
Founded in 2017 by the late Pearse Lyons and his wife Deirdre, Pearse Lyons Distillery is a unique tourist attraction located in Dublin’s Liberties. Situated within the restored Church of St James, the distillery offers visitors an immersive guided tour and tasting experience within a working distillery.
